Help with controller panel please

Ok I have my new case in the In Win Dragon riders and I found this Controller Panel I like.

What I hope I can do is hook this up to some cold cathode along with a Sound Activated Module like this one unless there is a better one idk about.

Ok so what I need to know is there a way to hook these up without the little box that the cold cathodes come with and without the little PCI bracket on/off switch?

Can I plug the Cold Cathode right into the sound module and from the sound module right into the controller panel?

I do not want to have to hide a bunch of little boxs all over in my computer case and also think its pointless to use the PCI bracket on/off in the back of my case if im going to be using the front panel.
