First time, low budget

Hello, my grandparents old computer is starting to die, and I want to build them a new one. They mostly would just use it for going on Facebook and messing with their pictures, pretty basic things. I am new to buying computer parts, and would just like to see if anyone could give me a few ideas of parts to buy.

I would like to start buying as soon as possible
Budget range: $300-400 max preferably
Parts not required:mouse, keyboard, speakers
Country: US

I would go with the Intel Pentium line of CPUs and build my computer around that:
