Help with New Build

Hey guys just completed an upgrade on my system. Replace my MB, CPU, Ram. Boots to post fine but crashes on windows load screen. Do I need to do a fresh install, I tried a repair install ad have the same results.

Yes. Format and do a fresh install.

Assuming its XP it is possible to avoid a re-install

but its not going to be as good as a reformat
