Hauppauge 2250

Hey everyone,

I dont know if I should post here or systems, but components sounded like a good bet. I just purchased a Hauppauge 2250 and installed it. I plugged the coax cable directly into the tuner. I have available channels over analog connection. The problem is I can only watch up to channel 20. The rest of the higher channels are blue screen without picture. Any ideas? Do you need more information?

This owner's thread may help answer your question. Not an expert but looks like the tuner may have signal degradation issues that can be fixed with an amplifier but that may not be the issue so I'd make sure prior to purchasing one.

I doubt it is signal degradation. I have been using that same coax cable for my set top box that receives more than 200 channels. Thanks for the heads up on the forum topic to post in though!
