NZXT Phantom: Best Airflow Setup?

So I just bought an NZXT Phantom. By default, it comes with one 120mm in the back, one 200mm at the top, and two 120mm on the side (by the hard drives). There's also an option for another 200mm at the top, a 200mm on the side, and either a 140mm or 120mm in the front. In the front. I only have the fans included at the moment, and I moved one of the side 120mm fans to the front. I have the fans in the back and top for exhaust, and the ones in the front/side for intake. Was this a good decision? I can always put it back, I just wanted some feedback. Also, should I keep the other 120mm on the side or mount it up top by the 200mm? It can fit 120mm too...

I've also got a Thermaltake Frio with two fans. Since I already have an exhaust fan on my case, should I put the second fan somewhere else?
