Good motherboard for GTX 670

What would be a good, not cheap( as in good quality) motherboard, that is below 110$. I have a GTX 670 GPU. If it helps to know, I'm getting an Intel i5 3570k, 8gb of memory, GTX 670, and windows 7. I also don't plan on over clocking at all.

If you do not plan on overclocking your cpu then get this there no point in buying a i5-3570k that's for overclocking
