Looking for lga 775 motherboard with ddr3 slots

Hi can u help me choosing for a right lga 775 motherboard with ddr3 slots? just a replacement to my destroyed motherboard and i want to run my other specs.
My current specs are: intel e5200 2.5ghz, 2gb ddr2 ram, x1650 se ati video card and it sucks like a hell and i want to upgrade it.

Upgrade: i want to use intel e5200 2.5ghz temporarily. i need a cheap but a good quality lga 775 motherboard with dddr3 slots.
I want to upgrade to at least 4gb ddr3 ram and a GT 430 1GB with a cheap lga 775 motherboard.

No offense, don't waste your money. A <$50 processor is superior to the e5200.

where are you located at? I have a bunch of LGA775 stuff laying around
