3570k mobo?

I'm looking a 3750k motherboard (Z77) for under $100 (USD) I plan on over clocking and would like USB 3.0, EFI, ect... recommendations?

now between the vlk and the vlx (asus boards) the LK is more advanced with twin pcie 3.0 slots (matters little though) and 6 audio ports and some other chipset details.

the vlk is my choice because it has a solid rep as a good overclocker.
