Motherboard 3 0 headers

Hello,
I have a GIGABYTE MOTHERBOARD with USB 3.0 capabilities. there are two 3.0 USB connectors on the board externally for the rear of the case. I also have 3 blue 9 pin Male USB Headers on the Motherboard...I assume these are for 3.0 since they are blue. U want to install a front bay card reader and 3.0 USB combo. The ones I see want there to be available 2 USB ports. and they include a wire with 2 USB connectors, not the type that would connect to the headers...any solutions?
