Best build for 450 need it soon funds expires today

as i stated in the title i need the best build for 450 but the main concern is i have available this money only today...so im in a rush to order it from newegg.

pc will be used for internet browsing , movie watching , office work and such. Maybe latter some photoshop but def. no gaming going on...
maybe include a gpu too if it can be done...

no i didnt... but this money expires at new year....now that would do the job? photoshop too? slower cpu than a i3 2100?

i was thinking i3 2100 for 99$.....than add a 6850 maybe for 130 ish...?

The cooler master should be fine i don't see the need for the more expensive PSU I think it even be good with a less expensive one like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171060 with 80 plus bronze . Just an Athlon II X4 for the same price as I3 but quad core. But I like the I3 a tad bit better in this case.

Ya i say for this build it probably be the best choice. You really don't need to spend $60+ on a psu for this type of computer.

OCZ's are pretty good now, although there are some reviews that suck about OCZ most of those are cries over rebates. But aside from that OCZ has always put out pretty decent PSU's.

the psu what aznshinobi sad the cx psu...its 450w as i stated i have a 4850 1gb ddr3
that requires a 450w min psu....it would be safe? at least the pc power and cooling its 500w and its modular...the antec its 500w too but its not modular...what should i do? would the cx cover my 4850?

shinobi, if you designed those builds, maybe you should fix the prices, non include Os, people generally dont like to game on ubuntu or linux. and windows 7 could add another 100$ on to any of those builds, and xp could add 60 or more dollars, of course for anything more than the 400$ build you wouldnt really want xp because it only has DX9 and is usually 32 bit.

GPU manufacturers always overstate power requirements - 430/450w will be fine if you stick to single card.
