Problem with installing MOBO

Hey guys, I am going to get a new motherboard for my computer. It is an MSI 970A-G46 AMD 9 Series. I also have a Thermal Master TC-101 Mid Case ATX. The measurements of the Mobo is 30.5 cm, and my Mid-tower space for a mobo is 30.5 cm. Will it fit in my case, and will it be safe? Also, will this OEM 600W ATX Power supply fit in the Case too? Thank you to the people that will help me
