Gigabyte Z77 D3H installation problem

We are upgrading my computer and installed the motherboard with intel i5 processor and 600W OCZ power supply. I cannot even get the computer to power up.

We are upgrading my computer and installed the motherboard with intel i5 processor and 600W OCZ power supply. I cannot even get the computer to power up.

I get flashes of power and the fan and the cpu fan run for a second and then stop.
