Dark and spooky, preferably during a thunderstorm, with a
recording of a large pipe organ playing in the background. As for
the A510, ditch it in favor of a cheap $6.99 throwaway film camera.
The age of the ghost is crucial. If their passing is recent enough
it might be possible to capture them on a digital sensor. If it's
been not much more than 100 years since they departed this world,
film will suffice. But if they're 300 years old, or 1,200 or more,
you'll only be able to capture them in your mind's eye.
