Which is better?

and http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-z77extreme4

Is there much of a difference really? I'm not very techy keep this is mind. The computer will be used for gaming(WoW,bf3,cod,crysis 3, etc.)

I would go with the Asus, better quality and more reliable than Asrock, I have been seeing more post on Asrock in Toms forums about all different kinds of problems with Asrock boards not very many with Asus.
