Or am I missing the point? :)
I want to turn my old PC into a blu-ray HTPC. So, I search for a graphics card with a remote - but there are none.

Is there a way to control a HTPC remotely? I am using Windows XP.

If it is a Media Center version of Windows XP, you can use a media center remote. Failing that, there are some remotes out there to be had.

You can also look at a small wireless keyboard.

MCE remote. for media center. XP can also work with a extra driver from the net

I have a MCE remote and a little hp wireless keyboard/optical track thing. works well for me(not as nice as a good touchpad, but for me it was about how small the unit was).
