System keeps restarting

Hey , I just got the parts to build a new computer today. I put everything together everything went well. Installed Windows 7, then when windows 7 finished installing the computer restarted and it said windows did not shutdown properly and gives me the option to start in normal or safe mode. Doesn't matter what mode I press it still restarts just as windows is about to start up.

re-format the drive using the Win7 setup disk and retry, if that does not work it may be a temperature issue. check all parts are connected correctly and that you cannot smell anything burning. if you can, swap out the HDD with another and install win7 to it, then try again.

I'll try to re-format it but i dont think it is overheating because it restarts at the exact same time,
