Hello, i have a dell e520 which specs are Operating System MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPUIntel Pentium D 945
Presler 65nm Technology RAM
2.00 GB DDR2
Motherboard Dell Inc. 0WG864 (Microprocessor)Graphics L1917S (1280x1024@60Hz)ATI Radeon HD 3400 Series (Sapphire/PCPartner)58 °C

Audio AMD High Definition Audio Device. i want to add a nx 8600gts diamond plus to it??? is this possible without a psu upgrade. if not then i then please help with this? i bought a 500 watt psu but the cable on it are white 4 pin junction boxes. yet the components inside the dell computer are black thin sata 1's.
as you may of guessed i have very little knowledge on this subjecdt

hi me again :)

i forgot to add that when i put the gfx card in the computer on the stock psu the computer and card turn on (fans on top spins) but i dont get a display. it also beeps about ten times upon turning it on.
and when i connect the new 500 watt psu all i get is a flashing green light on my computer and no power.????

any help would be greatly appreciated as i ve read it can be done and ive had the gfx card a while now just wasting away :(
