NVIDIA Control Panel

hi,
i recently installed a new graphics card a Sapphire HD5570 , its comes with a program called Catalyst Control Centre, everythings ok, but i still have the Nvidia Control Panel icon in my control panel in windows 7, i presume that was there for my old graphics card which i now longer have, is it safe to delete/uninstall this ?

ps, when i click on it , it says an nviida graphics card was not detected on your system,,

You should be able to uninstall it without problems if you don't have an Nvidia card any more. Obviously, keep your AMD card stuff though.
