Motherboard and heatsink compatablity(ram clearance)

I am looking at purchasing a Asus maximus v extreme for a build and and am hoping to use a thermaltake frio ock CPU heatsink (possibly upgrading in the future) but am unsure whether it will cover any of the ram slots as it is a big cooler. If anyone can say whether ram clearance will be an issue it would much apperciated.

mmmmm thanks might have to look into something a little smaller or get one of the corsair water coolers
