Intermittent Disconnection Issues Charter Cable Internet

Hey everyone, so I'd say the past 3-4 months i've been having intermittent disconnection issues id say every 1-3 hours, what happens is that I get Disconnected from the internet, but the cable modem doesn't reset or shut off, its like you plug a lamp into the wall outlet and unplug it and then plug it back in all within 1-10 seconds, it boots me out of Ventrilo, World of Warcraft, Msn Video Chat, and Skype, All At Once, then after it boots me out, I have to relog into everything!!!, Does anyone have the slightest idea what it could be, cause the cable company says my internet is fine but if im getting disconnected every few hours all the time something isnt right, my cable modem is a Ubee Docsis3 U10C035, Tbh I've Had Issues ever since I received this modem, I just brushed it off, but seeing im having issues for the past 4 months, i'd like to get some information on this problem so I can let this Tech Supervisor know more about the situation and possible causes monday when he comes out to fix the problem his technicians didnt fix. Obviously I Changed out my Mac Address to " 0's ", anyways I read up on the T3 Timeouts but cant seem to get a Clear Idea on it, As I said The Internet Works Fine until every few hours It Disconnects me, The Network Icon next to my Clock on Windows 7 bottom right, it doesn't have a " X " on it when it happens and my modems lights stay as normal, thats the interesting part of it, I get Disconnected, But It doesnt Seem to Show signs of a Disconnection, I Emailed that Log above to a Tech at My cable company but he told me it doesnt mean anything, please guys and girls if you could let me know what the issue could be I'd Definately Appreciate it!

So you have the same problem I have had. I have had Charter out no less than 40 times---of course their systems only show 5 visits....however, I have had my modem replaced 8 times.....5 visits, but 8 modems....do the math.

I have had my outside line replaced 3 times, my inside cable 3 times.....I was told I could not get my problem fixed unless I allowed them to drill additional wire cable holes...that did not fix the problem. I have great signal strength and have had the line put on watch.

They keep telling me my computer is bad. SO I had Dell out to look at my computer and there is nothing wrong with my computer that is 8 months old. Imagine that.

I can't tell you how many times I have called TECH support and get hung up on....just at 30 minutes. This is the time where the operator gets written up if they have a call that goes past 30 minutes---obviously the operator is incompetent. I have been sworn at, cussed at...and this was all overheard by a Charter Corporate Escalation Specialist......

If I could switch, I would. In this great nation of no monopolies.....I only get a choice for one cable company.
