Depending on your CPU and other hardware, 650 W with 2 560 Ti GPUs might be a bit close for comfort.

i will be using a 2500k 8gb 1600 corsair vengeance ram and 120gb crsair force 3 ssd for storage and boot and one optical drive and also a aerocool strike x gt case

Any reason you're going with twin 560 Tis? 2 x ~$250 = $500. For that price you can just buy a 7950 and not deal with SLI hassle.

EDIT: $250 is a bit high, more like $220 for the cheap models. Still that's $440 which is very close to a 7950.
