Is the pro version of malwairebytes malfunctoning on my computer,

i got the paid version of the program and i got a notice that "the latest version of malwairebytes has already been downloaded. malwairebytes will now close and install the latest updates."
is this supoosed to happen. is my program being hacked into?

Did you had an earlier version of malwarebytes ? You can run the program ? I have the free version and when you i do the updates he download the updates and than ,is done , no other notification.Maybe on the paid version the program is set to do automatic updates. Do a virus scan with an antivirus program, because some viruses don't let the anti viruses to work properly.

No, it happen to me too, its the way they update their software to the new version.
