Computer time date to be reset every boot and F2

it's shown me a message that is date and time is not set.Now what should i do??

Replace the CMOS battery. Depending on what computer you are using, it may be different, but most desktops use a CR2032 coin-cell battery (about the size of a quarter). If you are using a laptop, there could be a battery pack or a CR2032.
