So far its $775. So about $100 left.

Get a 2500k. Best bang for buck.
Do you have a microcenter nearby? If you do than it is only $50 more. If not than $100 more.

For gpu, I'd focus on the cooling rather than if its factory overclocked or not cause that will determine how much you can overclock. Get this gpu, same price but better cooling and thus more likely to achieve a better overclock.

And this memory instead? Same specs, same company, same price just a newer heatspreader.

Cool thanks for your input, i think i'll stick with the GPU though. I happened to read some bad reviews on your suggested card. I would get a 2500k but i don't know how much additional FPS i would see in a game like Star Wars The Old Republic or GW2/D3

You will probably not be limited by clock speed but rather by core count. You'll probably get benefits from getting the two extra cores rather than overclocking ability. But the overclocking ability can futureproof your pc by giving a little more boost.

If you want more FPS, get the 2500K. If you can afford it, go for it. Btw, the memory you have is sold out, and the HDD you chose comes with a free DVD burner anyway.

Also, I prefer the 6950 over the 560ti any day. Here's a few 6950s of the same price, with free shipping, that all include a free game:

Depends on the game.
~10fps for star wars.

Search game benchmarks in Tom's. You can see more differences.
