Which MoBo?

So i order a rig through iBP and they calle dme today saying that they will upgrade my asrock extreme 6 to a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H is this really an upgrade or is the extreme 6 better.... its a free "upgrade cause there extreme 6's are on back order. thanks

Yes, the gigabyte is a slightly better board, it has more power phases, more sata ports and with a Marvell controller, overall it has more features and it's indeed a better board.
