Yes, the case supports matx motherboards, so it will fit nicely in that case.

Oh ok, because on Pcpartpicker.com it says that the onboard USB 3.0 header doesn't fit because the cooler master case doesn't have the USB 3.0 ports on the front panel.

It's compatible, that's just optional, if you want the usb 3.0 ports in the front of the case or not, if you do, then change the case if you don't, you don't need to.

The asrock is a better board, but if you're in a tight budget, that one isn't bad.
