Computer won't boot...

I just installed a new liquid cooling system in my computer and now it will not boot. The computer will turn on for ~30 seconds then shut itself off, them turn on again repeatedly. Nothing is displayed on the monitor, but power is sent to the keyboard. The CPU water block is cool to the touch and securely attached to the motherboard, so I don't think that that is the problem. Any advice as to how to get my computer to work is appreciated.

You're using thermal paste right? Did you get any coolant on the hardware? Maybe there is a short?

I figured out the problem a few minutes ago actually, but thanks for responding.
