First gaming build <$800

Hi, I'm building a new computer, mainly to play games. I have picked out the parts already and was hoping you guys could give me some advice or suggestions. My budget is around $800 which has already gone up so that is the highest I can go. I'm still deciding on a case, but the Antec 300 and the Rosewill Challenger are my top 2 right now. I was thinking about getting a better GPU (namely, the gtx560 ti) but I decided it wasn't worth it since I really only play WoW and a few other games (portal 2, L4D2, etc.). Any comments/advice before I buy would be helpful, thanks!

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Playing games! Mostly WoW, L4d2, Team Fortress 2, Portal 2, etc. nothing too GPU/CPU intensive.

Parts Not Required: Monitor/mouse/keyboard

Country: USA

Parts Preferences: Intel CPU – no other preferences.

Overclocking: Maybe? don't know much about it.

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe in the future, but not now.

For the cases i dont know i dont think so, also if you dont plan to overclock the core i3 2130 may be a better choice then the unlocked 2500k
