Driver issues-freezing after installation

When I start my computer from a fresh install of windows with only the windows basic drivers, it works fine(other than not having any drivers insalled). However, when I install the drivers onto the computer, after installation, minutes after i power up my rig, the entire thing freezes, the mouse becomes unresponsive and keystrokes dont work and i cant do anything but hold the power button to turn it off.

The rig also works fine in safe mode, no freezing even after hours of being on.

Im using the driver provided in the disc by the maufacturer, and in another load i used the drivers from the manuacturer website (loaded onto a thumbdrive).

Whats my issue? And any possible solutions?

Thank you so much for your help!

which drivers seem to be the problem?

did you load a lot at once or do them individually?

the 1st ones should be the chipset drivers

then a reboot

I did them one at a time to test it out, and chipset didnt seem to freeze it. However i only let it sit for 3 minutes. Then after downloading the lan driver, it froze up
