Good Intel Sandy/Ivy bridge architecture whitepaper?

Would any members know of a good white paper for reading how the CPU and Memory architecture now works, since Intel have changed their FSB architecture and started incorporating more into the CPU? Preferably for dual/multiprocessor socket configuration.

No problems if it's a 100 page monster- I am just having problems finding something definitive on google. This is the only document I came across:

but it seems specific to optimization whereas I just want the introduction to the new architecture.
