I like the new style of GUI for XP but am tired of the
same old three color options. I know i can change back to
the "classic Style" and change the colors but i would
prefer being able to stick with the newer look. Is there
any easy way that doesn't involve spyware/shareware
downloading to create a new color scheme in the new feel?

Sorry, but this does require hacking uxtheme.dll to create new themes/color
schemes.
There is no easy way to create a new color scheme because most of the title
bars etc are made up of multiple image files.
