New build very slow

hello all im to this plz be kind. i just put together this build.

overall it should be fairly decent. the 6100 isn't the fastest chip, but should get things done.

what seems slow about it?

takes forever to load items when clicked on.

Did you do a fresh install of the OS? Did you install all the motherboard/chipset drivers? Did you install the latest graphic drivers? Did you get the heatsink installed correctly so the CPU is not getting hot and throttling its self way down?

yes to all except the video drivers because when i did that on restart i would get a black screen. cpu 34c
