First time doing something like this so please excuse any obviously stupid mistakes. Not 100% confident that everything will match and work together. If i can trim some fat and cut down on the cost a little, that would be great.

What's the budget ? Says $600 - $1000 and then $1300 in title.

Ya don't want a H67 board ....and a 40 GB SSD is way way too small

Budget is around 1000, I can go to 1300 but don't want too. I dont need a mouse, keyboard or monitor. Is the SSD necessary, I know i had it in my build but I'm not actually sure I need it. Also, is the two GFX cards worth it? I'm only going to run 1 monitor.

unless your playing something really intensive like metro 2033, one video card is fine, you can always get another later. The ssd is good for faster boot time, and load time of your preferred programs, but id worry about that last.
