Think my MOBO is dead, but want to be sure

Hello,

My 1st build just died last week. It had been running very well for 2-3 years prior. Here is a cursory breakdown of what is in there:

Intel Q6600 processor, not overclocked
NVidia 680 LT SLI mobo
2 Evga GTX 460's in SLI (not overclocked)
4 GB Ram, (4-1gb sticks)
Corsair TX750 watt PSU

In a nutshell, when I flip on the PSU, I have an orange and green light come on the MB, and each of the 6 fans turns for a split second, then everything goes dead. If I wait a minute, it will repeat the same thing. I did a paperclip test on the PSU, and the fans + 1 fan I had hooked up inside the case came on, I then put the PSU into a much older computer, and it booted up. I'm thinking this isolates my issue to the MB, but I'd like a little affirmation.

Thanks!

And nevermind. I have positively confirmed that the MB is the root problem here. There are 2 capacitors that have blown with brown junk coming out of the ends. I couldn't see them previously behind my upper GPU. The situation seems a little bit funny to me, but it is what it is.

Thanks for your time, for those who viewed.
