Limited or No Connectivity~Unable To Contact DHCP Server

I have a Gateway 818gm desktop pc and the wifi stopped working after I reformated the hard drive. I can not figure out where the wifi card is in this PC. Can anyone advise?

did you add a wireless network card? I don't think the system came with one.

do you see an antenna on the back?

it could also be a USB device.
