I found this in another forum, usually I would simply slap you for posting such an idiotic, lame, sorry nonsense post. But here is what I found, do with it what you will.
"sshnas.dll " is associated with Malware; Trojan, etc..
You say that you removed the problem, using various Programs
It would then appear that your error message is a left-over Startup Entry for it.http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx
Use the above to take it out of Startup.
