Need Ideas on a full tower case, ram and extra fans for the case

Sounds like you settled on the HAF-X for your case choice?
Cooler Master HAF X Case Review

With the 2 extra fans the Corsair H100 will bring into the system, along with the stock fans, you're well supplied with fans. Think you're OK there.

Yes you can. And you can move the 200mm fan already installed there to another location in the case.

You can see a H100 installed in a HAF-X in this picture. The top section of the case is removed to let in extra light.
