I don't mind using the on-board sound as I am not a huge sound guy. I just want good frame rates for my gaming and video editing. Let me know if anything needs changed.

Looks like a really solid build. The only thing I notice is at the price you're giving for the 6950, you had best flash it. Otherwise for another $30 ($10 if you count MIR) you can get the XFX 6970.
