Computer boots fine but no POST BIOS beeps!!

Hello,
I revently built a new system and can manage to boot it absolutely fine. All the hardware and memory is recognised and it seems to be running perfectly. However, when booting there is no POST bios beep! Should i be overly worried about this? The motherboard does have a good number of LED's highlighting where and if a problem would be occuring.
Im currently using
Antec TruePower New 750W Modular PSU
Intel Core i7 960 3.2 GHz Socket 1366 8MB L3 Cache
Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 2000MHz XMS3
Zotac GTX 580 1536MB GDDR5 Dual DVI Mini HDMI Out PCI-E Graphics Card
Corsair CWCH80 Hydro Series H80 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Gigabyte GA-X58-G1-SNIPER X58 Socket 1366 7.1 Channel HD Audio ATX Motherboard
NZXT H2 Black Mid Tower Case
