the second build has more cpu oc possibility but the first one has a single powerful gfx card.
for gaming either build is fine. dpends on preference.
in terms of overall power, the second build is better.

nice point yes, go for 2500k and choose the 6950 from the above setup..

sorry cant set a 6950 in 2nd build because of budget..im staying with 1st one because of gfx..i want to know whether an i5 2500 and 6950 will be enough for gaming or i5 2500k is needed with a comparatively lower gfx gtx 560

yes, it will be enough. imo you could save even more with 2500 + 560 (if the 560 is cheaper than the 6950).
