More about which best
  1. i would go for 2500k better board,better cpu,better cpu.
  2. but at 1600x900 res gpu power will be needed right why cant i go or the 1st one having 6950.
  3. the second build has more cpu oc possibility but the first one has a single powerful gfx card.
for gaming either build is fine. dpends on preference.
in terms of overall power, the second build is better.

what is stopping you from getting either build?

nice point yes, go for 2500k and choose the 6950 from the above setup..
  6. sorry cant set a 6950 in 2nd build because of budget..im staying with 1st one because of gfx..i want to know whether an i5 2500 and 6950 will be enough for gaming or i5 2500k is needed with a comparatively lower gfx gtx 560

yes, it will be enough. imo you could save even more with 2500 + 560 (if the 560 is cheaper than the 6950).
  8. I'd get the 6950.
  9. I do really like my 6950. mine unlocked to a 6970 and overclocks well... it was a saphore toxic though so YMMV
  10. why don't you fill out form ?
there are some parts that could be swapped
  11. so 1st option is good right..yes 560 costs less but with my budget i can go for 6950 will a gtx 560 will be enough for 1600x900 res..
  12. gtx560 isn't behind from 6950 but 6950 is 25% better if you don't get the 2nd then 1st one is another good choice. Good Luck!

indeed it's a best deal for for that res.
  14. so a non overclocking cpu is enough for gaming...what about gtx 560 is it enough at this res 1600x900
  15. both core i5 2500 non-k and gtx 560 are enough at 1600x900.
  16. pls show some benchmarks of core i5 2500 at 3.3ghz and core i5 2500k at 4.00ghz on daily apps and games
