If your case doesn't require the smaller mATX board, I would go for the ATX board. If you decide to go with 2 gfx cards, the space between the 2 cards will allow more air flow. Plus you get some available expansion slots you can use even with 2 cards.

well, im getting a c70 case, but i dont really need much expansions . only going to use 1 gfx card
