Asrock Extereme9 z77 front panel usb3 not working

hi i bought the extreme 9 and i plugged everything up and installed everything but then when i try to use the front panel usb3 ports nothing happens like the panel isnt plugged in or something.

help pls

it worked thnx! i cant beleive that the drivers that came with the board didnt work.

Yeah, update all your drivers for everything through the manufactures websites.
The discs don't always have the up to date drivers, just ones that make it function.
