Approximate Purchase Date: sometime within next month/two

Budget Range: 1000-1500 Before Rebates

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Internet, movies, music, development (java), vms

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS ( I just need the whole tower)

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com / ca, ncix

Country: Canada

Parts Preferences: Intel (i5 / i7 for vms) / Nvidia preferred

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe (Will be running Arch so I doubt it - 2 monitors are enough)

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1200

Additional Comments: Speed to me is more important than anything, lots of ram because of VM and SSD hard drive for the OS, I can pick up storage hard drive / reuse from current computer. 32 GB Ram would be a dream but really expensive for 8gb sticks. I know about the new chips and they do not make a difference to me.

Thanks so much
