CPU I5 - 2500k
motherboard asrock P67 PRO3 SE
GPU PALIT GTX560 PCIE 1GB
RAM CORSAIR DDR3-1600 2*4G CL9 KIT VENGEANCE
PSU OCZ zasilacz ZS Series 650W non-Modular, 80 Plus Bronze
Later on - aftermarket cpu cooler for OC'ing
What do you think? Are there any critical and weak parts that needs to be change? Is PSU wattage ok?

I have pretty much the same setup but with a HD 6870 and Corsair XMS3 RAM and ASUS z68 board. If you get a z68 board you can use the igpu until the GT 7xxx come out and the GT 6xxx should drop in price quite a bit and still be able to overclock.

You suggest to wait for the new series to come out? Any wild guess how long would I have to wait?

well first it looks like a good pc for me, it can handle most games you trow at it at med-high settings with good FPS, just wait until july or so to give the market some time to adjust before buying up new gpu or anything else, your rig is pretty good IMO
