3 long beeps, MSI motherboard, no recent H/W modification

MSI 880GM-E43 Motherboard, with no recent hardware changes. It started giving me 3 long beeps two weeks ago with certain probability, reboot sometimes solve the problem. Later I ran a ram test came up with no error found. These two days it kept giving me 3 long beeps and never entered OS.

Any idea what the problem is?

3 long beeps i usually the motherboard not detecting ram... Try to remove and reseat ram module to see if that helps.. also if you have another ram module to try in to see if that's the board that fails or the ram...
