I want to buy a new video card for my new core i5 cpu

Which one Graphic Card is best for Intel Core i5 2500k 3.3ghz 6 mb cache in following :-

Nvidia Geforce CTX 460 1DDR5 ( msi , point of view , zotac , gigabyte ,asus , Palit ) ?
Nvidia Geforce GTX 560TI 1 DDR5 ( msi , point of view , zotac , gigabyte ,asus , Palit ) ?
or AMD Radeon HD 6950 2GB ddr5

please help i m very confused in selecting one from above

I don't know your preferences and other settings, but the safe choice for me to recommend would be the GTX 560TI. What resolution are you planning to play on?

psu? monitor resolution? mobo? ram? budget?

you can pick up couple 460's for not much more money than 560ti if you shop around, and they would kill any of cards you listed above, depending if you have psu and mobo that supports sli.
i just recently went sli 460's performance is astounding
