Hey guys, this is my 1st attempt at building a computer. I've been reading a lot of reviews and getting the crash course in this. So here is what I would like to do.

Sunbeam Mini-ITX Acrylic Case Fans & 150 Watt PSU, Motherboard - ASRock h67m-itx/ht, Processor - Core i5 2500K LGA 1155, Heat Sink - Scythe Kozuti SCKZT-1000, Memory - DDR3 1333 CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9R, and Hard Drive - Barracuda 7200.12 500GB 7,200RPM SATA 3.5"

Building it for home theater and screwing off on the internet...
Am I in the ball park with everything being compatable? If not, where did I screw up?

Not much you can do with a 150w PSU of unknown quality; the 2500k is 95 by itself. I would go for a 250w unit if you can't find a known good brand. More if you plan on running discrete graphics, like if you wanted to do some gaming on it.
