I need help. I am planning to buy MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard. I want to put a saphire amd radeon hd 7770 ghz edition in it. Will I have enough place to put a wireless adapter for pci-e slot?

It should not pose a cooling problem or spacial problem if you use a PCI-e x1 wireless adapter along side the 7770, just make sure you put the 7770 in the blue slot of that motherboard ()the first slot) for the full x16 lanes, and then put the wireless adapter in the last PCI-e lane

Your particular 7770 graphics card is a two slot card. It will cover the next X1 slot.
It is a strange M-ATX board with only three slots, the last being a pci slot.

You could put a PCI based wireless card on the last slot.

Or... you could use a USB based wireless card. Usually these are cheap but do not work as strongly.
