Looking for a motherboard that supports these things

This may be sort of a loaded question but I'm currently using a i5 2320 quad, with 16 gigs of ram. I'm looking to upgrade to duel i5 if it's possible. I'm not sure.

I'm looking to start with a motherboard that has 4 ram slots I would prefer 8 ram slots just incase I get a processor that can handle 64 gigs of ram. I would like the to know if you guys know of any motherboards that have 8 ram slots and supports 2 processors.

For lga 1155 there's none, that i5 is a lga 1155 cpu, and no board can support more than 32GB.
Unless you want a new cpu and motherboard, try the lga 2011 cpus and motherboards.
If you want two new cpus look for workstation motherboard from that socket(dual lga 2011).
