Cannot watch HDCP movies

I know this question has been asked to death, but I'm still at a loss here. I installed a new video card that says it is HDCP capable. My monitor is a Dell 2005FPW flat screen currently set at 1680 x 1050. My monitor is connected to my video card via DVI ports. I still get error messages saying CyberLink Power DVD is not able to play the protected content. Ensure your display device supports HDCP. Is it my monitor??

The problem is not with the graphics card.

The Dell 2005FPW is not HDCP compliant.

Just make sure that the monitor manufacturer specifies that it meets HDCP compliance.
